Pramila Shanmuga Ganesan is a finance graduate and dedicated public sector professional currently contributing to the Customer Experience Division at Transport for NSW. With a strong foundation in financial principles and public administration, she brings strong analytical capability, stakeholder engagement expertise, and a service-oriented mindset to her role, supporting initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen service delivery across New South Wales.

Beyond her professional career, Pramila is the Founder of My Eco Ganapathy, a small business initiative established in 2015. Through this environmentally conscious venture, she handcrafts 100% eco-friendly Ganapathy idols each year using 100% Australian natural clay. The initiative promotes sustainable celebrations, cultural mindfulness, and environmental responsibility within the community.

She is also the Founder of Chennai Dignity Drive, a humanitarian initiative based in Tamil Nadu, India, dedicated to supporting underprivileged communities by providing essential resources through dignity-driven outreach programs.
