Anton has over 25 years of experience in Finance & General Management. He is currently the Project Finance Manager for Sydney Light Rail and Sydney Metro projects at Alstom. Prior to that, he was at Downer, Ausnet & Schneider Electric. He was the Chief Operating Officer/ Country Manager at Heineken and McCallum Breweries for 10 years prior to migrating to Australia in 2010. He is a Fellow Member of CPA (Australia) and CIMA (UK). He holds an MBA and a B Com degree. He is also a Chartered Marketer from the UK, an Associate Member of the Institute of Bankers and Certified in Brewing from Heineken University, Amsterdam.

He was one of the leading lecturers in Management Accounting and has lectured for over 5,000 accounting students in 5 countries. Have lectured at the Global Accounting Conference, CPA Congress, HSBC Senior Managers Conference, CMA Conferences and several Universities, Associations & Corporations. He was also the Examiner for Banking and Accounting examinations

Sanjay has a broad depth and breadth of experience spanning over 20 years in all aspects of a business. He has a unique combination of venture capital start up experience in the USA, working in a Fortune 100 company, and owning small businesses in Australia. His roles included product management, operational, sales and marketing positions in Australia and USA. For the last 10 years, he has owned and managed multiple small business franchises in Australia. Sanjay has educational qualifications in Commerce, IT and an MBA.

Suwavi holds a bachelor of Business Leadership & Commerce from Macquarie University and is a Regional Manager at Optus (OBC Sydney North). He is also a co-founder of Brighton Studios, a 360 photo/video booth business catering for corporate events in Greater Sydney.

Jay (JP) holds a bachelors degree in Computer Science and has gained significant experience working with software companies in India, Sri Lanka, and Australia. He currently serves as a Web Developer on the Student Management System project at Western Sydney University, Australia, where his in-depth expertise in design and development makes him a key team member.

With nearly 15 years of web development experience, Jay brings a strong foundation in software development, consistently delivering clean, maintainable, and well-structured code. His proficiency with pre-processors and adherence to industry best practices ensures the highest quality results. Jay is well-versed in web front-end frameworks, including React JS, Angular, and PHP, and is equally capable of handling back-end development tasks.

In addition to his technical skills, Jay has a deep background in digital marketing, focusing on Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Social Media Marketing, Analytics, and User Experience (UX). His involvement in digital marketing spans over a decade, during which he has successfully led campaigns for small to medium-sized businesses across various platforms.

Karthika is an eco-conscious, kind and compassionate person. She is the founder of Auroraz Soulful Gifts, that promotes eco-friendly, sustainable products like hand-stitched cotton/jute handbags, pouches, tote bags made by mentally challenged women in rehab-shelters and women from lower socio-economic sections of India. Auroraz promotes inclusivity and sustainability.

She works as an Account Executive and sustainanbility changemaker/ambassodar in IT-service.

She has initiated and co facilitates monthly women dialogue circles called VSHARE -a non-judgemental space for South Asian women to self-reflect, share and progress together.

She has won many awards and recognitions for her initiatives and work towards community.

She has completed her executive education from Cambridge Judge Business School on Circular Economy and Sustainability strategies. 

She co-authored a book “The women changing the world” where she has talked about how our life experiences inspires ourselves and others.

Thiru Arumugam is a senior IT engineer by profession, specializing in MES/ERP systems. He is currently employed at Multinational Pharmaceuticals manufacturing firm in Sydney as Business Process Expert. He additionally has held various leadership positions within this organisation.

Thiru is a renowned person in his community and Founding President of Australian Tamil Association Inc., He was a former President of Australian Tamil Chamber of Commerce Inc. He is a Justice of Peace in NSW since 2012. Thiru is a member of the Australian workers union since 2017, and also a member of Toongabbie - Seven Hills Lions Club.

Thiru is a founder and principal Immigration consultant of M/s. NIC Immigration Services Pty Ltd. He supports new migrants to migrate and settle successfully through his expertise in Australian Immigration Law.

Vindran is a partner or a CA Firm in Sydney CBD. He is a member of CAANZ, CPA Australia and a registered company auditor. At the start of his career, Vindran worked in a CPA Firm in Singapore, where he provided audit services to his clients. He then joins Accru Sydney in June 2006 and is a partner with the firm.
